Neil Vogel is the CEO of People Incorporated, owner of America's largest publisher, People Inc. The Company also holds a significant minority stake in MGM Resorts International, a global gaming and entertainment company, as well as Turo, a leading car rental marketplace. 

In addition to serving as CEO of the public company, Mr. Vogel continues to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the People Inc. subsidiary, which under his leadership has grown from what was IAC’s acquisition of About.com to the largest digital and print publisher in the US, featuring 40+ iconic brands including PEOPLE, Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, Southern Living, InStyle and Entertainment Weekly.

Before joining People Inc., Mr. Vogel was the Founder and CEO of Recognition Media, a creator and producer of award shows and media properties for digital, creative, and advertising communities, including the Webby Awards and the Telly Awards. Prior to starting Recognition Media, Mr. Vogel was Chief Corporate Development Officer at Alloy Media + Marketing, a digital content and marketing services company focused on the teen and youth market.

Mr. Vogel is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Inquirer, the largest newspaper in America operated as a public-benefit corporation. Mr. Vogel graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance.

Tim Quinn is the Chief Financial Officer of People Incorporated, owner of America's largest publisher, People Inc. The Company also holds significant minority stakes in MGM Resorts International, a leader in global gaming and entertainment, and Turo, a leading car rental marketplace. Mr. Quinn leads corporate finance, accounting, M&A, investor relations, and administration functions for the public company while also overseeing finance operations and strategy at the People Inc. subsidiary.

Prior to joining People Inc., Mr. Quinn spent more than a decade with American Express where he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Vente-Privee USA, an e-commerce joint venture between American Express and Vente-Privee Europe. Mr. Quinn spent the majority of his career at American Express as a Vice President in the Corporate Development Group where he sourced, executed and monitored equity investments and M&A transactions. Mr. Quinn started his career in middle market investment banking at Ladenburg Thalmann and prior to that he was in private equity at Wade Capital. Mr. Quinn graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. degree in Commerce.

Jenn Bishop is Deputy General Counsel, Head of Corporate Legal Affairs & Litigation at People Incorporated, overseeing strategic legal matters. She joined the company in 2018 and served in a series of senior legal positions within its operating subsidiaries before assuming her current position.

Prior to joining People Incorporated, Ms. Bishop served as in-house counsel to the Hearst Corporation and a litigator at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.  She is a graduate of the Yale Law School and the University of California at Berkeley.

Ellen Shultz, Chief Human Resources Officer for People Incorporated, is an HR executive with expertise in global organizations undergoing digital transformation. Ms. Shultz is responsible for strategic oversight of HR across People Incorporated and is also the operating CHRO at People Inc.

Ms. Shultz was previously the Chief People Officer of Rent the Runway, leading the People team during a pivotal period of transition for the business.  Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President of Talent and Inclusion (HR) at The New York Times Company, where she oversaw global HR operations and strategy, leading teams across the US, Europe and Asia.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Shultz served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Media General, a broadcast and digital conglomerate. She also spent 15 years at Time Inc. in progressively senior HR leadership roles, including five years based in London where she oversaw HR for the EMEA and APAC regions. Ms. Shultz graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2017, she was awarded an Alumni Achievement Award for excellence in her field. Ms. Shultz also sat on the Board of Directors and nominating committee for the Emma Bowen Foundation, an organization helping to build a more diverse media industry. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.
 

Valerie Combs is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at People Incorporated, where she brings more than a decade of experience advising CEOs, boards, and executive teams through periods of growth, transformation, and complexity. She works closely with the company's Chairman and, in partnership with communications and investor relations, helps shape the company's corporate narrative while leading public affairs, litigation communications, executive positioning, reputation management, and communications for strategic transactions.

Previously, Ms. Combs served as Head of Communications at IAC, where she led corporate communications for the holding company and its portfolio of digital businesses. She oversaw communications for IAC’s major acquisitions, spin-offs, and strategic investments, including Match Group, Vimeo, Angi, Care.com, the acquisition of Meredith—the largest in IAC's history—and IAC's equity stake in MGM Resorts. Earlier in her career, Ms. Combs held communications and marketing leadership roles at venture-backed high-growth technology companies, including BuzzLogic, Ingenio, and Tribe.net, and began her career at Omnicom's InterActive PR, a boutique firm specializing in early-stage technology companies. She holds a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Theatre Arts from California State University, Chico and serves on the board of the RSL Web Standard and Collective Rights organization, a non-profit dedicated to fair AI content use. She’s also a member of the Mixing Board, a professional community of communications and brand marketing leaders.

Mark Schneider is the Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Treasurer at People Incorporated, responsible for all aspects of investor relations, financial planning and analysis as well as the management and oversight of the Company's Treasury. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at IAC having joined the Company as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2001. Previously, Mr. Schneider worked in the Technology, Communications and Entertainment group of Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Mr. Schneider graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. He is also a certified public accountant.
