Barry Diller
ChairmanBarry Diller is the Chairman and Senior Executive of People Incorporated and the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia Group. From 1995 to late 2010, Mr. Diller served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of IAC. Since December 1992, beginning with QVC, he has served as chief executive for a number of predecessor companies engaged in media and interactivity prior to the formation of IAC. From October 1984 to April 1992, Mr. Diller served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox, Inc. and was responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company in addition to Fox's motion picture operations.
Before joining Fox, Mr. Diller served for 10 years as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Paramount Pictures Corporation. In March 1983, in addition to Paramount, he became President of the conglomerate's newly formed Entertainment and Communications Group, which included Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment. He has also served as Producer on numerous Broadway shows, including The Music Man, The Lehman Trilogy, West Side Story, To Kill a Mockingbird, and The Humans. Through his foundation, Mr. Diller created Little Island, a park and performance center in the Hudson River and has supported various organizations including The High Line, Motion Picture & Television Fund, UCLA Foundation and Culture Shed. He is a signatory of The Giving Pledge.
He serves on the board of MGM Resorts International.

Vice ChairmanVictor A. Kaufman is Vice Chairman of People Incorporated. Previously, Mr. Kaufman had served in the Office of the Chairman and as Chief Financial Officer from November 1997 through October 1999. He has been a director of the Company since December 1996. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Savoy Pictures Entertainment, Inc. since March 1992. Mr. Kaufman was also the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star Pictures, Inc. from 1983 to December 1987, at which time he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star's successor company Columbia Pictures Entertainment, Inc.
Vice-Chair of the BoardChelsea Clinton
DirectorAs Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation, Chelsea Clinton works alongside the Foundation’s leadership and partners to help create economic opportunity, improve public health, and inspire civic engagement and service across the United States and around the world. In particular, Ms. Clinton focuses on promoting early brain and language development through the Too Small to Fail initiative, and uplifting/empowering female entrepreneurs and women-led businesses around the world through initiatives like the Caribbean-focused Women in Renewable Energy (WIRE) Network. She also serves on the boards of the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.
In addition to her Foundation work, Ms. Clinton also teaches at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and has written several books for young readers, including the New York Times bestsellers She Persisted: 13 American Women Who Changed the World and She Persisted Around the World, as well as Start Now! Ms. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford, a Master of Public Health from Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health, and both a Master of Philosophy and a Doctorate in international relations from Oxford University. Michael Eisner
DirectorMichael Eisner has been a leader in the American entertainment industry for more than four decades, beginning his career at ABC where he helped take the network from number three to number one in primetime, daytime and children’s television, and soon becoming president of Paramount Pictures.
Mr. Eisner served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company for 21 years from 1984 to 2005, transforming the company from a film and theme park company with $1.8 billion in enterprise value into a global media empire valued at $80 billion.
In 2005 Mr. Eisner founded The Tornante Company and in 2007 acquired The Topps Company, a leading creator and marketer of sports cards and distinctive confectionery, transforming Topps into a full-fledged sports media brand. Through Tornante, Mr. Eisner created Vuguru, a new media studio that produces world class content for the Internet and emerging digital platforms. Mr. Eisner also serves as a key advisor to Diversion, Inc. a company formed in early 2010 to develop social games funded by Tornante.
Mr. Eisner is the author of three books; Work in Progress, detailing his involvement in the entertainment industry; Camp, a chronology of his formative years at summer camp in Vermont; and, WORKING TOGETHER: Why Great Partnerships Succeed, a profile of several successful partnerships in the business world and beyond.
In 1996 Mr. Eisner founded The Eisner Foundation with his wife Jane, to provide access and opportunity for children and the aging in Los Angeles County.
Mr. Eisner is a graduate of Lawrenceville School and Denison University with a B.A. in English literature and theater. He serves on the boards of Denison University, the Aspen Institute, the Yale School of Architecture Dean's Council and The Eisner Foundation.
Alexander von Furstenberg
DirectorAlexander von Furstenberg is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ranger Global Advisors, a family office focused on opportunistic value-based investing. He previously served as Co-Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm focused on global public equities which annualized at 22.4% over an 8-year period.
Since 2001 he has acted as Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Investments, Inc., the private investment office which serves his family. Mr. von Furstenberg is also a Partner and Director of Diane von Furstenberg Studio, LP. Mr. von Furstenberg serves on the boards of directors of Expedia, Inc. and La Scogliera, an Italian financial holding company and bank.
In addition to the philanthropic work accomplished through his position as a Director of The Diller - von Furstenberg Family Foundation, Mr. von Furstenberg also serves on the board of directors of Friends of the High Line. He is a graduate of Brown University.
Bonnie Hammer

In her previous role as Chairman of the Universal Studio Group, she strategically aligned NBCUniversal’s content business for the global market, bringing together the company’s three powerhouse studios -- Universal Television, Universal Cable Productions and NBCUniversal International Studios -- under one umbrella. Prior to her studio purview, Ms. Hammer was Chairman, Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Enterprises, overseeing the creation of Peacock, NBCUniversal’s new streaming platform.
Ms. Hammer moved to Peacock after serving as Chairman, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment where she had executive oversight of leading cable brands USA Network, SYFY, Bravo, Oxygen, E! Entertainment and Universal Kids. Under Ms. Hammer's leadership, these cable networks experienced tremendous growth domestically and internationally. She also created and oversaw two award-winning production studios, UCP and Wilshire Studios.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal in May 2004, Ms. Hammer served as President of Syfy from 2001 to 2004 and held other senior executive positions at Syfy and USA Network from 1989 to 2000. Before that, she was an original programming executive at Lifetime Television Network from 1987 to 1989. Before coming to New York, Ms. Hammer executive produced “Good Day!” for WCVB in Boston, and produced the series “This Old House,” “Infinity Factory” and “Zoom!” for WGBH, a Public Broadcasting Station.
Ms. Hammer serves on the board of directors of eBay, Inc. She also sits on the Board of Governors for the Motion Picture & Television Fund Foundation and serves on the strategic planning committee for Boston University’s College of Communication.
Ms. Hammer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in media and new technology from Boston University. She also received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Boston University in 2017.
Bryan Lourd
DirectorBryan Lourd is a partner and Managing Director of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), an entertainment and sports agency, based in Los Angeles with offices in New York, London, Nashville, and Beijing. CAA represents many of the most successful professionals working in film, television, music, sports, theatre, video games, design, and the Internet, and provides a range of strategic marketing and consulting services to corporate clients. Mr. Lourd represents many of the world’s leading actors, actresses, directors, and producers.
A New Iberia, Louisiana, native, Mr. Lourd began his career as a page at CBS Studios before joining the William Morris Agency mailroom program in 1983, working his way up to agent. He moved to CAA in 1988. Seven years later, in October 1995, Mr. Lourd and his partners became the new owners of CAA.
Mr. Lourd is on the Board of People Incorporated and a member of the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities (PCAH). He also serves on the boards of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), the J/P Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO), and serves as a Trustee for the American Film Institute (AFI).
Mr. Lourd attended the University of Southern California, earning degrees in Journalism and International Relations.
David Rosenblatt
DirectorDavid Rosenblatt is the CEO of 1stdibs.com, an online marketplace for design, including furniture, art, jewelry and fashion. From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Rosenblatt served as the CEO of DoubleClick, the leading provider of digital marketing technology and services. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rosenblatt held several executive positions at DoubleClick, including President from 2000 – 2005.
Following Mr. Rosenblatt's sale of the company to Google in 2007 for $3.2 billion, he served as Google's President of Global Display Advertising until 2009. He is currently Chairman and co-founder of Group Commerce, Inc.
He is also a board member of Twitter and Farfetch UK Limited, the world’s largest digital marketplace for luxury fashion.
Mr. Rosenblatt graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Alan Spoon
DirectorAlan G. Spoon has been a director of People Incorporated since February 2003. Mr. Spoon served as General Partner and Partner Emeritus at Polaris Partners, a private investment firm that provides venture capital and management assistance to development-stage information technology and life sciences companies, from 2011 to 2018. He served as Managing General Partner of Polaris Partners from 2000 to 2010. Mr. Spoon was Chief Operating Officer and a director of The Washington Post Company from March 1991 through May 2000 and served as President from September 1993 through May 2000. Prior to that, he held a wide variety of positions at The Washington Post Company, including President of Newsweek from September 1989 to May 1991. Mr. Spoon is currently a member of the boards of directors of CableOne and Match Group, Inc., and is Chairman of the board of directors of Danaher Corporation and Fortive Corporation. In his not-for-profit affiliations, Mr. Spoon was a member of the Smithsonian Institution’s Board of Regents, and is a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation (and its Executive Committee). He also serves as a member of the board of directors of The Axim Collaborative Foundation.
Financial ExpertRichard F. Zannino
DirectorRichard F. Zannino has been a director of People Incorporated since June 2009. Mr. Zannino is a global media and retail executive and advisor. Since 2009, he has been a Managing Director at CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity firm, where he also serves as a member of the firm’s investment committee and as co-head of the firm’s consumer sector. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Dow Jones & Company from February 2006 through January 2008, when Mr. Zannino resigned from these positions following the acquisition of Dow Jones by News Corp. Prior to this time, Mr. Zannino served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dow Jones from February 2001 through June 2002 and as Chief Operating Officer of Dow Jones from July 2002 through February 2006.
Prior to his tenure at Dow Jones, Mr. Zannino served in a number of executive capacities at Liz Claiborne from 1998 through January 2001, most recently as Executive Vice President with responsibility for strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, technology and various business units. Prior to his tenure at Liz Claiborne, Mr. Zannino served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Signal, as well as served in a number of executive capacities at Saks Fifth Avenue, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Zannino has served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., since 2010 and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet since 2015.
In his not-for-profit affiliations, Mr. Zannino currently serves as an executive-in-residence at Columbia Business School and a member of the Board of Trustees of Pace University, as well as assists a New York City public school.
Maria Seferian
DirectorMaria Seferian is currently President and Chief Legal Officer of Hillspire, LLC, an integrated, single-family management firm, and has served as General Counsel of Hillspire since 2014. In her role, Ms. Seferian oversees the firm’s legal, tax, special investments and initiatives, trusts & estates, strategic planning, grants management and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Hillspire, Ms. Seferian worked (most recently as a partner) at Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP, a law firm with a national and international practice, from 2001, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and general corporate transactions, representing private and public clients across diverse industries from private equity to entertainment. From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Seferian also served as Interim Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, where she led the institution through a financial turn-around, securing its long-term stability.
Ms. Seferian holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and Master of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School. Following law school and before entering private practice, Ms. Seferian served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice James L. Oakes in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition to her for-profit affiliations, Ms. Seferian serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of MOCA and a director of the Schmidt Family Foundation.
Tor Braham
DirectorTor Braham has been a professional advisor to Silicon Valley technology companies for the last 40 years, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. From 1989 to 1997, he was a partner in the Silicon Valley law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati where he focused on IPOs and M&A, as well as complex intellectual property issues. Mr. Braham then moved into investment banking, doing financial advisory work as a Managing Director in technology M&A for Credit Suisse First Boston and then for Deutsche Bank. He served as Global Head of Technology M&A at Deutsche Bank from 2004 to 2012, and co-head of the technology investment banking practice.
Since 2012, Mr. Braham has served on the boards of directors of large and small public technology companies, typically working with companies undergoing transitions involving M&A and asset monetization. Mr. Braham’s previous board positions include Yahoo, Inc.; NetApp, Inc.; and Viavi Solutions, Inc., among others. In addition to People Incorporated, Mr. Braham currently serves on the board of A10 Networks.
As a lawyer, banker and board member, Mr. Braham advises companies on optimizing shareholder value at all stages of growth. Mr. Braham was born in New York and holds a B.A. from Columbia College along with a Juris Doctor from NYU School of Law.
